Karin Keith is the 3rd generation of her family to call Fairfield, Connecticut her home. She was born and raised here; yet has spent some time in other areas of the country too. She graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, with a B. A. in Communications. While attending Carolina she was a 2-year captain of the women’s swim team and a nationally ranked swimmer. After college she spent time in Colorado Springs, CO working as an assistant to the Director of the U.S. Olympic Training Center. Karin then made her way back to the East Coast and spent time working for International Management Group (IMG), Sullivan Marketing and Sun Apparel in New York City.
Being involved and giving back to her community has played an important role in Karin’s life. While swimming in a fundraiser for cancer research, Swim Across the Sound, Karin met and eventually married the co-founder of the event, Jeff Keith. Karin has assisted Jeff as he has created additional non-profits benefiting cancer research and cancer survivorship: Swim Across America and the CT Challenge.
The clients who work with Karin come to her for her trusted expertise in the Connecticut marketplace. Her in-depth comprehension of the current market and shifting trends is the knowledge she passes along to every client.
Whether you are new to the community or a longtime resident of Connecticut, Karin dedicates her time and skills to best represent you. With a customized approach, Karin incorporates all of your family’s needs into the process of buying or selling a home.
